Toplum Cncpts is a brand centralised on the dialogue between a texturally rich Turkish heritage and a modern Australia identity built on ease. The brand positions itself as a culmination of stories, experiences, memories, and the connections that shape the collective and community they wish to curate through a constant exploration of culture and craftsmanship of thoughtfully designed culturewear.

Inspired by retro football gear and visual cultures, we worked closely with Toplum and AP Bakery to develop and produce an assorted collection under the AP Run Club moniker. Taking visual cues from period-correct sponsorship decals and detailing from vintage references, a retro-esque jersey, hat, and socks were designed to function as a complete kit with hues derived from the AP Bakery branding itself. The collection serves as a synthesis between Toplum Cncpts’ ethos of culturally nuanced storytelling and their exploration of differing experiences and stories as exemplified through their collaborative interpretations of the AP Bakery brand.
